Child Rescue Alert
Surrey Police needed to promote its Child Rescue Alert (CRA) scheme to local radio and television stations, schools and social groups.
If a child is abducted and the Police are called, the success of CRA depends on local media alerting the public to help find the child during the crucial "golden hour" after abduction.
We wrote and filmed a dramatic reconstruction.
A boy is abducted, his mother calls the Police,
CRA is activated - and within 45 minutes a member of the public spots the abductor with the boy and calls the Police. They rescue the boy within minutes of being harmed. Sir Trevor MacDonald introduces and narrates the DVD.
