Getting It Right (contractor training)
London & Quadrant (L&Q) manages over 57,000 homes in greater London and the south east.
Customer care is top priority so the company has to ensure that the people who repair and maintain its tenants homes “get it right” when it comes to good working practices.
Sightline created a series of light-hearted scenarios played out by actors to show the obviously “wrong” and then “right” ways of working - including arriving on time, attitude, having the right tools and parts, and clearing up afterwards. Each scenario ends with a graphic summary.
The response by the repair operatives has been extremely positive and the improvements to how they work is immediate.
