The South Thames Foundation School manages the development of foundation doctors in 19 NHS trusts in South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
This short video is one of 24 Sightline produced for a collection of modules in an e-learning website we developed called e-training for trainers.
The videos are for training trainers of foundation doctors. This video focuses on the correct procedures for a WorkPlace Based Assessment (WPBA) of trainee doctors, called Direct Observation of Professional Skills (DOPS).
We are now producing a new range of videos for e-learning modules for GP training, which will be included in the website.
