Sightline produced a training DVD to show how bad or fatal accidents can easily happen if you flout the rules and take chances.
It features scenarios played out by actors, showing accidents occurring and the consequences. A mentor points out who was to blame and how the accident could have been avoided.
The big message is "don't take chances ... dont play Russian roulette with your life or your work mates' lives".
As well as showing the DVD to its own employees, J Reddington is offering the DVD free of charge to anyone who wants to view or use it for their own training purposes.
