Sightline produced this video for Spire Homes who campaigned alongside Rutland County Council to offer tenants the chance to transfer their homes to Spire Homes - so that repairs and maintenance could be improved, and so
that they could receive a better all round service.
This clip is from the opening of the video with local TV presenter Anne Davis explaining what its all about.
A few months later, tenants voted in favour of the transfer.
