Tenant Services Authority

40 Years of Success in Social Housing

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA), formerly the Housing Corporation, is the government agency responsible for funding affordable homes and regulating housing associations in England.

Prior to becoming the TSA, the Housing Corporation commissioned Sightline to produce a video to show the different ways it has inspired and supported improvements in social housing in the past 40 years.

We had 4 weeks to film interviews and supporting visuals at 20 locations between Cornwall and the Scottish border.

We interviewed tenants, housing association representatives, and members of Parliament, and deliverd the finished video in time for the Corporation's staff conference.

We have also produced videos for the TSA website.

“I am delighted we asked Sightline to produce our corporate film. They weren't fazed by our very tight deadline and the need to travel all over the country to do filming. What I thought might be a headache of a job for me turned out to be very smooth. The film is tightly edited, flows well and is something that the organisation is proud of."
