BAM Construct designs and builds schools, hospitals, museums, leisure centres, offices, and suchlike. It employs thousands of people across the UK.
The company needed a staff induction tool capable of delivering a variety of messages about such things as working practices, training and development, health and safety initiatives, and welfare.
We produced an interactive CDROM containing videos, text, photographs and document downloads - all accessed via a simple menu.
The video in each section features employees talking on camera, inter-cut with supporting action. So, the specific messages for that section come from the horses mouth - from university graduates undergoing training through to managers who have worked for BAM for many years.
Ultimately, the CDROM successfully demonstrates the company's commitment and energy to provide a quality service to its customers.
