The system features High Definition videos filmed on your premises with your staff highlighting your Spa treatments and services ... as only video can.

The videos are loaded onto your website, giving your customers the luxury of seeing exactly what treatments and services they can experience and - through a simple booking procedure - enable them to plan their stay in advance, more easily and in their own time.

The videos are also loaded onto a touch screen module installed in your reception area.

Setting up your Concierge 24/7 system

There are two elements to the system. You can have one or both.

[Video Production - essential for either or both elements]
We produce a professional High Definition video about each treatment or service you want to promote.

Each video takes about one and a half minutes to explain exactly how the treatment works and all the benefits customers receive. We provide everything from scripting, filming, editing, to final delivery.

[Installing the videos on your website]
There is no need to change your website. We can build an extra page to show the videos. If you want, we can load them on You Tube so that the whole world can see.

[On-line Booking]
We can build this from scratch or work with your IT provider to integrate with your current system, so that your customers can select what they want, what day, and what time.

[Touch screens]
We install a touch screen module in your reception. It can be standard or designed just for you to suit your environment. We can install modules at other strategic points around your venue as well.

We create a simple attractive menu on the touch screen so that your customers can view each video and its supporting information quickly and easily.

The menu can show the video and then ask the customer to book the treatment at your front desk - or it can provide a simple booking procedure on the touch screen.
