KEITH THOMASSenior Producer and Creative Director
Keith founded Sightline in 1986. His years of experience producing and directing thousands of business videos, as well as interactive presentations and television commercials, has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge about the different ways of communicating and encouraging audiences to respond.
His skills include directing presenters or actors in all kinds of promotional and training scenarios. As an interviewer, he has helped people from all walks of life and office to deliver their message with confidence. He has the knack of getting the best out of the most reticent or camera-shy participant.
ASHLEY KITCHENSenior Editor
Following his training in art, graphic design and film, Ashley developed his abilities as a high-end video editor through years of practice in the corporate film world.
He has the creative flair and technical skills to deliver the essential wow factor for engaging and stimulating an audience. He is just as comfortable editing a short video message for the web as he is creating a high-end film with green screen effects and multi-layer motion graphics. Most importantly, he keeps it all on track with the customer’s business agenda so that the audience remembers and responds for all the right reasons.
MARY GALLACHERBusiness Development Manager
Mary graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 BA Honours in Drama, Film and Cultural Studies. After leaving, she spent nine years as a Senior Account Manager for one of the largest creative agencies in the south east – helping B2B and B2C clients in a wide range of markets.
Mary is now responsible for developing all areas of Sightline’s business through marketing, PR and sales. She enjoys the challenge of promoting the many benefits of video to different potential customers, and coming up with creative ways to push Sightline forward in terms of service and image.
JACOB CARTERProduction Assistant and Editor
Jacob graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a 2:1 BSc Honours in Media Production and Technology. He assists in all areas of production and post production – including research, organising crew and cast, props, costumes, logistics, draft editing, final editing, transcribing and sub-titling.
NOEL PROBYNDirector of Photography
Noel has over thirty years of experience filming drama, documentary, corporate and commercials.
He is a BAFTA Mentor for young cinematographers in the ‘Give Something Back’ programme. He worked for the BBC Film Group Ealing for nine years on projects ranging from mine fields in Cambodia to the Queen’s Christmas message. His credits include Finny (BAFTA Nomination), Sir Gadabout (BAFTA Nomination), Holy Cross (9 International Awards), Jonathan Creek (BAFTA Best Drama) and Silent Witness.
NIGEL WARRENSound Engineer
Nigel has worked for all the UK’s major broadcasters and leading corporate producers over the last 25 years, both at home and across the world.
His work covers dramas, documentaries, commercials, consumer advice, advertising, current affairs, sports, live news and weather. It spans everything from steam trains in South America to hospitals in Hampshire. His credits include Shroud of Turin (BBC HD), The Lakes (ITV) and The Dales (ITV).
