ZIP Firelighters:
Idents and bumpers for RTE's afternoon programme
ZIP Firelighters are involved in an extensive marketing campaign – with a particular focus on the Irish market, where live fires are most popular.
ZIP is a sponsor of the afternoon programme on the Irish TV channel, RTE. So, we were asked by their agency to produce a suite of idents and bumpers for inserting into the programme’s commercial breaks.
The central theme of each ident (lasting between 6 and 10 seconds) is shadows created by a roaring fire of people watching the afternoon programme. The characters in the different funny scenarios have hit a positive chord with Irish audiences and helped to increase ZIP’s brand awareness.
We also produced the highly acclaimed ‘Tinker of Telemacht’ interactive story, told by Irish storyteller Pat Speight for ZIP’s new website: www.zipfirelighters.ie
