Getting it Right (Training DVD)
L&Q manages over 57,000 homes in greater London and the south east.
Because customer care is a top priority, the company needs to ensure that the people who repair and maintain its tenants homes “get it right” when it comes to good working practices.
We were asked to produce a training DVD that would grab their attention and deliver important messages that stuck.
We devised a series of light-hearted scenarios played out by Actors to show the obviously “wrong” and then “right” ways of working - including arriving on time, attitude, having the right tools and parts, and clearing up afterwards. Each scenario ends with a graphic summary.
The response by the repair operatives has been extremely positive and the improvements to how they work is immediate.
