Website and Intranet
The trust owns and manages 4,700 homes in the Watford Borough Council area.
Website
We develop the website as a front end tool for communicating to thousands of tenants and leaseholders. It is designed for maximum accessibility by anyone of any age - hence the choice of three text sizes.
We also designed it so that the Trust’s staff can easily update it themselves.
Intranet
We also developed an Intranet where staff have complete access for changing text, pictures, and adding pages – as well as checking the status on repairs and rents, and for communicating with tenants.
We have extensive knowledge of the social housing arena, through our work for over two hundred councils and social housing organisations in the past twenty years.
